A reservation fee of USD 499 holds one numbered unit (No. 051 to 500) in Batch II, in the stature you nominate. The fee is credited in full against the commission. It is the same figure at every stature, because it buys the same thing: your place in the order and your number.
| Stature | Commission | Reservation |
|---|---|---|
| The Study | USD 25,000 | USD 499 |
| The Chamber | USD 45,000 | USD 499 |
| The Bench | USD 100,000 | USD 499 |
| The Sovereign | USD 250,000 | USD 499 |
A reservation may be moved up or down the four statures at any time before assignment to build, without penalty and without losing your number.
The four statures above are commissioned to a named person and registered in that person's name, not to a company or an office. A person may hold more than one machine. Where the machine is instead to be held in the name of a firm, fund, family office or sovereign entity, that is The House, which carries no published figure and takes no reservation; it proceeds by enquiry and conversation. Nothing on this page applies to it.
The reservation fee is refundable on request, at any time until your unit is assigned to build. Refunds are confirmed and processed within ten business days of a verified request. You will be notified in writing before assignment. After assignment, the fee converts to a deposit against your invoice and is non-refundable.
Batch II consists of five hundred numbered units. Only reserved units will be sold. There will be no open sale. Numbers 051 to 500 are assigned in order of reservation and recorded against your name. Numbers 001 to 050 are not offered for sale at any figure; they are placed, on standing, at our discretion.
Upon assignment, the balance of the commission (the figure above, less the USD 499 already paid) is invoiced with fourteen days to settle. Because every machine is built to its owner rather than drawn from stock, the build window differs by stature and by what your machine is asked to do. It is stated to you in writing at assignment, before the balance falls due, and not before. Delays, should they occur, are communicated plainly and promptly.
One sealed machine bearing your engraved number; its paired physical key; its certificate of number; and the first year of stewardship (corpus refreshes and refinements delivered by witnessed key-session). Statures above The Study are commissioned and installed in person. Every reservation additionally carries an invitation to apply for The High Table, The Feature Paper's founding circle.
Continued stewardship is offered annually, quoted at the stature held, and cancellable at any time. A machine without stewardship continues to function fully; it simply stops receiving refinements.
Every INFEE is allocated, never openly sold. Annual members of The High Table (published at USD 4,999 per year, limited to two hundred members) hold the following standing privileges: the reservation fee is waived; they stand first in the allocation order of every batch; and stewardship is included, without charge, for as long as their membership stands. The price of the machine itself is unaffected and identical for all.
For The Study: thirty days from delivery, a sealed-condition return is accepted for a full refund less shipping; a machine that has been commissioned (key turned, vault initialized) may be returned within the same period for a refund of eighty percent, in recognition that its number retires with it.
For The Chamber, The Bench and The Sovereign: these are built to the owner and cannot be re-placed with anyone else. Acceptance testing, remedies and any right of return are agreed in the individual commission agreement signed before build, and that document governs.
The Envoy Personal (USD 9,995) is concluded. It is no longer commissioned and will not return in a later batch. Existing holders are unaffected in every respect: the number, the key, the certificate, the stewardship and the precedence all stand exactly as issued, and an Envoy Personal holder retains first standing for every future form.
We collect the minimum required to reserve, invoice, and deliver: name, designation, email, delivery address, payment records. We do not sell, share, or enrich this information. The machine itself transmits nothing to us or to anyone; that is its purpose.
